Kahrs Perlino Griege LVT Flooring enjoys a soft, pale griege hue with dark undertones. Combined with the calm, natural wood design, this creates a floor that will give your interior space a feeling of premium quality and lucury. It comes in board dimensions of 1220mm x 228mm x 5mm and is sold in packs covering 2.5m2 per pack.
Like all the floors in the Kahrs Hacienda Collection, the Perlino Griege LVT Flooring’s authentic-looking wood design has been further enhanced with synchronized embossing, replicating the texture and grain of real wood. Furthermore, the floor has a built-in sound reduction underlay, making it soft to walk and play on.
A ceramic coating with an Ultra Matt Finish, makes the Kahrs Perlino Griege LVT Flooring scratch, dent and moisture resistant, giving the floor enhanced protection against wear and tear, prolonging the life of the floor and also making it an ideal choice for bathrooms and kitchens.
The Uniclic® Joint allows each board to quickly and easily click into place with the next, making installation so simple you can even lay the floor yourself. It’s suitable for installing over underfloor heating and comes with a 20 year residential warranty.

Kahrs LVT Flooring Construction & Product Features
1. High Performance Coating
Surface with UV-cured laquer, giving excellent scratch resistance and seals the surface against stains, chemicals and dirt. It also gives the floor its ultra-matt authentic look, which is both durable and texturized with synchronized embossing creating the feel and look of the designed wood grain, knots and cracks.
2. Wear resistant layer
A transparent layer that gives protection against wear and tear of the decorative layer (the color), such as very deep scratches, furniture legs moving across the floor surface and other repeated abrasion.
3. Decorative layer
This is where the design of the floor is created. This is a printed foil, where the color, knots, grains, and cracks emulate natural wood to create a design which is unique to these Kährs floors.
4. SPC Substrate
This is the core of the planks. The core material can be mixed to different recipes, which gives different characteristics, such as the rigid core of Kährs LT SPC. It is in this layer that properties such as rigidness, stability, and susceptibility to low indentation are engrained into the floor. It is also where the click joint is created through profiling.
5. IXPE Sound backing
This layer includes sound reducing properties (dampens vibrations), walking comfort and also helps to even out small deviations on the subfloor.
