Marlo Boon was not quite the cheapest out there, but what made them stand out was the fantastic customer service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. When the T bar did not match the rest of the floor I had ordered, they went out of their way to find a replacement that matched (involving trawling through many items in the warehouse), and took the time to call and let me know what was happening.The floor was easy to install, and looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Marlo Boon to anyone looking for a really good quality floor and honest, friendly service. The Oak Camino is a beautiful floor, bags of character. We oiled the floor after installation, as recommended by the Marlo Boon team, to seal into the joints and it was super easy to do and really enriched the natural grain and colour of the oak. Really considerate help from Marlo Boon. A good product at a fair price. The only thing that let the transaction down was the delayed delivery by the courier.
