Was searching for the perfect floor for my living room - Luke was extremely helpful in making my decision and got me the floor within two days - a few hundred pounds cheaper than competitors - one of the packs came broken due to a fork lift - Luke replaced and sent out a new pack immediately - great customer service and delighted with the floor and would definitely recommend.
Ordered a Kahrs Installation kit. It was in stock when ordered but then went out of stock. Got an email straight away and said they have more stock coming in if i was willing to wait. Marlo Boon was not quite the cheapest out there, but what made them stand out was the fantastic customer service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. When the T bar did not match the rest of the floor I had ordered, they went out of their way to find a replacement that matched (involving trawling through many items in the warehouse), and took the time to call and let me know what was happening.The floor was easy to install, and looks fantastic. It has transformed my living room, I am delighted with the product (Kahrs Oak Straw). Thanks to everyone in the office who made this such an easy and positive experience.

I would highly recommend Marlo Boon to anyone looking for a really good quality floor and honest, friendly service. The Oak Camino is a beautiful floor, bags of character. We oiled the floor after installation, as recommended by the Marlo Boon team, to seal into the joints and it was super easy to do and really enriched the natural grain and colour of the oak. Excellent quality product.
I needed a floor with real character for my client and, having spoken to the Marlo Boon team (who are all very knowledgeable), I narrowed it down to a few choices. They sent free samples out to me in the post, only took a few days to arrive and I settled on the Oak Camino. The lighter shade was perfect for the project and the floor has real charisma. Excellent service and a really good quality product.

Very helpful in locating the wood and trim that I needed for my flooring project, including getting some of it in from Sweden when needed. When my builders needed extra and I was standing in an airport in Greece, Luke made it all happen over the phone; and for that I am very grateful.

Really considerate help from Marlo Boon. A good product at a fair price. The only thing that let the transaction down was the delayed delivery by the courier. Even then Marlo Boon did all they could to expedite the delivery. On balance I would use Marlo Boon again and recommend them to any of my friends.

Your order will be delivered direct from VELUX and typically have a lead time of 2 - 3 days, though lead times can be longer on certain product lines. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an automatic confirmation that the order and payment have gone through successfully. We will then order the goods from VELUX for direct delivery to you and typically receive confirmation of the exact delivery date within 1 - 2 hours of placing the order. As soon as we receive this information it will be passed on to you and if you have any queries at that point, if the lead-time is longer than you were hoping or the delivery date does not suit you, just get in touch with us and we can amend the delivery date accordingly.
